Welcome to the Wirral Seaside Runs website. This is a series of eight monthly races of approximately 5 km. They are held monthly from March to October each year. The race is from Leasowe Lighthouse near Moreton, along the sea embankment to Harrison Drive near Wallasey Village. It is a flat and fast course and provides a regular indicator of fitness and performance. They are very popular with club runners and also beginners and joggers and seem to be a permanent fixture on the leisure scene of Merseyside (UK).
