As the series progresses we aim to build up a record of individual Personal Bests so that you can monitor your performances. There will also be league tables in a variety of gender and age categories to enable you to assess your performance relative to others. For the Seaside Run Leagues runners will be awarded 25 points for finishing first in their category, 24 points for second and so on. Only the first 25 in each category will score points.
